I’ve always really loved condiments, so in the winter lockdown of 2020, I set up a business to champion the best in small batch, hard-to-find condiments, with the biggest flavours and smallest environmental impact. I built the business at home, creating the brand (which included a custom typeface made from Sriarcha) its collateral, web-shop and blog.
