An entire campaign based on one simple, devastating word.
CALM took over billboards and social feeds across the UK with an unmissable message: Stay. No matter what you might be going through, suicide isn’t the answer. The campaign developed over subsequent years into a platform for suicide survival stories – with multiple case study films, content features and merch.

I created the animation that played out on a takeover of the Piccadilly Lights screen.
The supporting hero film tells the story of five people who are either survivors of suicide or bereaved.
We collaborated with production company Borderland to tell these powerful stories in a way which reinforced the ‘Stay’ message. These were people who embodied the idea that there is always a reason to cling on to life, there is always a reason to stay.
