I was a driving force behind the CALM brand refresh project, setting out its initial business case and rationale. I was then part of the core team which collaborated with appointed agency, Studio Output, from start to finish.
The nine-month project refreshed and rationalised all aspects of the organisation, including brand strategy, visual identity, tone of voice & website rebuild. My ideas, concepts and copywriting informed the foundation of the updated brand and website.
